Great intensity on the nose of Mocha chocalate; with cherry pit fruit; there is this a subtle note of dried roses. On the finish there is something that I have never tasted of black licorice with this pleasant note of syrupy pomengrate and grenadine on palate that lingers with some coffee bean extract.

Very chalky on the palate with some searing acidity that is very reminiscent of a fresh picked lemon. This is another wine that I believe needs some air to develop; allow it to breathe for one hour. This wine has all the qualities of a classic Chablis with its wet rock scent and a nice bouquet of white flowers.

Sem velik ljubitelj suhih vin. Do sedaj so me najbolj navdušila suha predikatna vina iz Francije. Glede na to, pa da ste vinar iz Bizeljskega, kjer so odlični pogoji za razvoj botritisa na grozdju, me zanima, če je pri vas mogoče kupiti kakšno suho vino s predikatom sort traminec, sivi pino, laški rizling ali pa sauvignona (cena ni ovira)!
